There is no contact form on this page — email is the direct way to reach us.

Before you write

So we can answer in one round, please include whatever applies:

• Your order number — it is in your order confirmation message, and on your orders page if you have an account.
• The phone number used at purchase. Your phone number is your primary identifier with us, whether you checked out as a guest or from your account.
• The product name, plus the batch number and expiry date printed on the pack, if your question is about a specific item.
• Clear photos if an item arrived damaged or incorrect, or if something was missing from the order — photo evidence is part of the claims process.

What we can help with

• Order status or a delivery question: if you have an account, start from your orders page; if you checked out as a guest, message us directly with your order number and the phone number used at purchase.
• A return, or a problem with an item you received: read the Returns & Refund Policy first — it covers the 14-day return window from delivery, the accepted return reasons, and the rule on opened or hygiene-restricted items — then get in touch.
• A personal-data request (access, rectification, erasure, objection, withdrawing consent, and portability): write to support@asliplus.com. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
• A question about authenticity, an Egyptian Drug Authority notification number, or a batch number and expiry date: see How to verify your product is authentic, and feel free to message us with your order number and photos of the pack.
• Stopping marketing messages: you can withdraw consent at any time from the notification settings in your account, or by messaging us. Order updates and one-time login codes (OTP) are transactional, not marketing, and we will keep sending them either way.

Your order updates arrive automatically

You do not need to message us to follow every step: order status updates are sent by WhatsApp or SMS to the phone number on the order, and if you have an account you can review them any time on your orders page.
