Terms & Conditions
Last updated Aug 3, 2026
Welcome to Asliplus at asliplus.com. This page sets out the terms we sell on, and what each of us owes the other. By using the site or placing an order you accept these terms, so please give them a few minutes before you buy.
Who you are contracting with
This store is owned and operated by Asliplus.
- Tax Registration no.: 771-425-562
- Email: support@asliplus.com
- Support hours: Saturday–Thursday, 10am–6pm (Cairo time)
When you buy on asliplus.com you are contracting directly with Asliplus. We are the only seller on this store — no third party sells through it.
Eligibility and accurate details
- You must have the legal capacity to contract in order to place an order yourself. If you do not, the order must be placed with the consent of a parent or guardian and under their responsibility.
- Your details must be accurate and complete, especially your phone number and address.
- The phone number is not a formality: it receives your one-time login code (OTP), and it is how the courier reaches you. A wrong number usually means an order that never arrives.
- We deliver within Egypt only.
Accounts and signing in
- Your phone number is your primary identifier.
- You sign in with a one-time code (OTP) sent to your phone — no password to forget or leak.
- Guest checkout is always available. You never need an account to buy.
- If you order as a guest and later create an account with the same phone number, your earlier order history merges into that account.
- Keep your phone and your one-time code secure. Never share the code with anyone; we will never ask you for it in a call or a message. Any order placed from your account after a valid sign-in is treated as yours.
- If you lose your phone or your number, or you suspect someone has accessed your account, tell us immediately so we can suspend it.
Orders and how the contract is formed
- Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a concluded contract.
- The contract is formed when we confirm your order, not before.
- We may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:
- the product is out of stock or the requested quantity is unavailable
- an obvious error in the price or product description
- an address outside our delivery coverage or otherwise undeliverable
- suspected fraud, misuse, or buying for resale
- we cannot verify your details or cannot reach you
- If we decline or cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.
Prices, VAT and fees
- All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).
- Displayed prices are inclusive of 14% VAT.
- Delivery fees are set per governorate zone and are shown clearly before you confirm. There is no free-shipping threshold at launch.
- If you choose Cash on Delivery, a COD service fee applies — currently 15 EGP — and it is also shown before you confirm.
- The final amount shown on the confirmation step, including VAT, delivery and any fees, is what you owe.
- Obvious pricing errors are not binding. If an item is listed at a plainly incorrect price, we will contact you and let you choose between completing the order at the correct price or cancelling it with a full refund.
- We may change prices and offers at any time; this never affects an order we have already confirmed.
Payment
We offer two methods:
- Cash on Delivery (COD). You pay the courier in cash on handover, plus the COD service fee above. We may call to confirm the order before shipping, and we may set a maximum order value for COD.
- Card payment, through a secure payment page hosted by our payment provider (Paymob). Your card details never touch our servers — we do not see them and we do not store them. All we keep is a token from the payment provider, which lets us reference the transaction when needed.
We may add or withdraw a payment method at any time. The methods available for your order are the ones shown at checkout.
Electronic tax receipt
Every order produces a valid Egyptian Tax Authority (ETA) electronic receipt, whatever the payment method or the channel you bought through. That is why we ask for accurate details on the order, and why tax records are retained for the full period the law requires.
Delivery
- We ship within Egypt only.
- Delivery fees follow your governorate zone and are shown before you confirm.
- Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. They can be affected by public holidays, courier conditions and the accuracy of your address.
- The courier may call you before delivery, so please keep your phone to hand on the number you registered.
- If delivery fails after the attempts agreed with the courier, or if you refuse the parcel, the order returns to us, sellable stock goes back into inventory, and no COD amount or COD fee is collected from you. If you had paid by card, the amount is refunded under the Returns & Refund Policy.
- If delivery is repeatedly refused or made impossible without reason, we may restrict your future orders to prepayment.
Product information and authenticity
Authenticity is not a slogan here; it is enforced in the system:
- Every cosmetic we publish carries a recorded Egyptian Drug Authority (EDA / EgyCosm) notification number. A cosmetic cannot be published without one — the system blocks it.
- Every shipment is traceable to a batch/lot number and an expiry date.
- Stock is allocated first-expired-first-out (FEFO), so you receive the nearest-expiry sellable unit and never expired goods.
We work hard on accurate images and descriptions, but packaging and pack artwork can differ between manufacturer batches. Images are illustrative; the printed information on the pack is the final reference.
Cosmetics and personal care, not medicines
- The products sold here are cosmetics, personal care and childcare products — they are not medicines.
- Nothing on this site — descriptions, articles or reviews — is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment.
- Read the pack information and warnings before use, and try the product on a small area of skin first (a patch test) before using it fully, especially if your skin is sensitive.
- If you have a known skin condition or allergy, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or the product is for a child, consult a qualified professional before use.
- Stop use immediately if any irritation or reaction appears, and seek medical advice.
Reviews and content you submit
- A review must be a genuine experience of a product you actually bought.
- No health claims (curing, diagnosing or promising to treat a condition), and no abusive, unlawful, privacy-invading or infringing content.
- We moderate reviews before publication and may reject or remove anything that breaks these rules. We do not remove a review simply for being negative.
- By submitting content (text or photos) you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the store and our channels in connection with the product. The content remains yours.
Returns and refunds
The returns policy forms part of these terms. Full detail is in the Returns & Refund Policy; in short:
- The return window is 14 days from delivery.
- Sealed, unused items in original condition can be returned, following a return request with a recorded reason and our team's approval.
- For hygiene reasons, cosmetics cannot be returned once opened or once the seal is broken. Such items are written off and never restocked. That rule protects every customer who buys from us, including you.
- COD orders are refunded as store credit in your account wallet; card (prepaid) orders are refunded to the original payment method.
- Damaged, incorrect or missing items are handled through a claim supported by photo evidence, resolved by replacement, refund or store credit.
None of this affects your rights under the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- attempt to breach, disrupt or circumvent the security of the site
- scrape data or systematically copy our content
- use details or phone numbers that are not yours, or place fake orders
- abuse offers and coupons, or exploit a flaw in them
- use the site in any way that breaks Egyptian law
Where these rules are broken we may suspend the account, cancel related orders, or stop dealing with it.
Resale and bulk buying
This store is for personal use. Buying in commercial quantities or for resale requires a prior written agreement with us. We may set quantity limits per order or per customer, or decline such orders.
Intellectual property
The name, logo, design, text, images and arrangement of content on asliplus.com are owned by or licensed to us. You may browse and use the content for your personal purposes; you may not copy or republish it commercially without our written permission. Manufacturer product names and trade marks remain the property of their owners.
Limitation of liability
- We undertake to deliver products matching their description, and as Egyptian law requires.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any order is limited to the value of that order.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profit or lost time.
- We are not liable for misuse of a product, or use contrary to the manufacturer's instructions or despite a warning printed on the pack.
- Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for personal injury caused by our negligence, or your rights under the Consumer Protection Law.
Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our control — network outages, government measures, courier disruption or natural events. In those cases we will tell you and seek a fair outcome, including cancelling the order and refunding what you paid.
Privacy and messages
How we handle your data is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: marketing messages by WhatsApp, SMS or email require your explicit opt-in consent and can be withdrawn at any time. Order updates and one-time login codes are operational messages needed to perform your contract with us, and they reach you whatever your marketing preferences are.
Governing law and disputes
- These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by Egyptian law.
- The competent Egyptian courts have jurisdiction.
- We would rather resolve things directly first — reach us via the contact page and we will work towards a fair, fast outcome.
- Your rights under the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law are preserved and are not reduced by these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the law or our services change. The version published on this page is the version in force, with the last-updated date shown below it. A confirmed order is governed by the terms in force when it was confirmed. Continuing to use the store after a change is published means you accept it.
